About Eric Rockefeller: I started internet marketing about 4 years ago after finding it by clicking on an Google ad about making money online. I was previously a corporate drone, working late into the night for an average salary of a web designer. I enjoyed being creative and designing, but after a while the cubicle really got to me…and so did having a boss. Around that time, I started researching make money online avenues, I lost one of my little brothers Daniel to a tragic motorcycle accident, he was only 27 years old…
I decided right then and there that “life was too damn short” to not be seeking and making my dreams reality. I threw in the towel moved home from San Diego where I was living at the time, and moved in with my mom at the age of 29, now 4 years later I am internet millionaire and proud that I was able to turn the tragic loss of my brother into a positive. However, I wish it didn’t take that for me to have the drive to change everything. I’m really not sure if I would have kept living the comfortable way, corporate, cozy, and totally passionless for what I was doing because of the long hours and extreme stress of it all.
I no longer have to worry about financial obligations, I don’t have to listen to a boss, and I can work from anywhere, anytime, if I feel like it….
I’ve published many products as a teacher, but my main passion is affiliate marketing, which is mostly what I teach. I’ve recently been a top Apex Elite affiliate in Clickbank for 2009. I was one of their top 100 affiliates. I remember 4 years ago when I could barely make a clickbank sale.
I would show my mom proudly when I would receive checks for $84, a few years later I’ve shown her 2 week checks for $40,370.46 
I still sell and promote products in Clickbank but do a lot of CPA (Cost Per Action) marketing as well for some of the major known networks, like Neverblue, Azoogle, Copeac, to name a few and some private ones like EWA. I think it’s good to not have all your eggs in one basket. In this blog, I’ve recently started over too only include actionable strategies that affiliates can use to help start making money online.
